All the prices of articles are in euros (16% VAT included)
• Shopping
In order to be able to buy, you have to register and create a Customer Account, that will allow you to make use of the following characteristics of our Store:
• Shopping cart: When you add an Article it is registered until you either confirm your order but you can also remove it from your Shopping Cart if you change your mind • Address book: You can add several addresses, and the order will be shipped to the selected address. • Order status: You can know at any time your order status and the orders that you made in the past.
During the purchasing process, the buyer's information will be asked step by step, the delivery address (you can pick up the articles at our store, too), the method of payment... After confirming the order the buyer will receive an email with all the information related to the order, in which the seller confirms it, taking the sale as done. From that moment if the buyer has chosen bank transfer as method of payment, the payment should take place in one week time. If a week goes on without payment being made, the article will be put again on sale.
• Methods of payment
The client pays in advance the total cost of the articles along with the shipping costs in the following ways:
• Bank transfer.
• Credit card. The following credit cards are accepted: - Visa - Mastercard - 6000 - Maestro
In order to guarantee safety of transactions we use SSL technology.
• Shipments
We ship worldwide. If it happens that your country is not among those in the list of countries, we invite you to get in touch with us so we can solve your case as soon as possible. All the articles are in stock in the store and can be sent immediately, with exception of the "new" wallpapers, in which case the availability approximated for each reference is specified. Shipping and packaging costs are not included in the price and they will be automatically calculated during the purchasing process. We pack articles carefully. Moreover the shipment includes insurance. Goods are delivered at street level. In any case, when receiving the merchandise, if you observe damages in the packaging, open it up in the presence of the deliveryman. Otherwise we cannot take charge of the possible damages.
• Returns
Returns in the term of 10 days from the reception of the merchandise are admitted, in that case, the expenses of return will be the responsibility of the customer.
• Customs duties
For shipments outside the European Union, the buyer takes responsibility of the possible customs duties.
• Condition of articles
We classify articles in four possible conditions: excellent, very good, good and fair. By excellent we understand that the article has few "signs of ageing" and seems new. We add more information when there is something that seems to us specially remarkable.
